CANCELLATION POLICY

I. Appointment Scheduling 1. To schedule an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to be made. Failure to send or receive the deposit will result in the space not being held and its availability not guaranteed for future booking. However, if you notify me at least 42 hours in advance of your inability to attend the appointment and your intention to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred for the new appointment. II. Tardiness 2. A grace period of 10 minutes is given to the client for arriving late to the appointment; beyond that time, the appointment will be immediately cancelled. Should you wish to reschedule the appointment due to your absence, a new deposit of $15 will be required. III. No- Shows 3. In the event of a no-show to the appointment without prior notification on a maximum of two occasions, I reserve the right to deny service provision for future occasions. IV. Guests 4. In order to maintain a quiet environment focused on individual attention, it is preferred that the client does not bring companions. However, in exceptional circumstances, the presence of one companion in the space will be allowed. V. Arrivals 5. Upon arrival at the agreed location, the client must notify their arrival via iMessage to the number (787)405-1344 and wait in the vehicle until receiving instructions to enter.
